Penelope's outfit for my fanfic 'The Other World'.
I wanted it to be a surprise she was appearing but figured since 1. She appears in the next chapter and 2. So someone doesn't suggest her while I'm working on the next chapter I would go on ahead and revel her. Course there are a few others I have plan at will be surprises.
I admit, she had a lot of possible ideas for her backstory for the fanfic, one being she once worked with the villains (Small refresh to the fact she is The Black Baron who is a villain in the Sly Cooper games) and was banned to the normal world, one being her traveling to the normal world in hopes she'll be able to inprove her machines, and so on. But which backstory made the final cut: Will you'll have to read the fanfic to find out.
